Women and Gender Studies [WGS courses]


The following timetable information is the most current information available since the publication of the 2011-2012 Registration Handbook. Courses and meeting sections added will be listed below. Courses and meeting sections cancelled will be indicated as such.

For WGS336H1: students who have completed NEW271Y1 are not permitted to enrol.

During the first round of ROSI enrolment, certain enrolment restrictions apply to 400-level Women and Gender Studies courses. Enrolment restrictions vary from course to course. Eligible students must have completed 2.5 full course equivalents in Women and Gender studies. Also, students in their first or second year of study (with 8.5 credits or less) are not permitted to enrol in 400-level courses. During the second round of ROSI enrolment, enrolment is only through the department and students must complete a ballot form. Ballot forms are available on-line at www. wgsi.utoronto.ca/undergraduate . Ballot forms must be submitted to the Undergraduate Administrator at the Women and Gender Studies Institute Program Office and are subject to the approval of both the course instructor and the Undergraduate Coordinator.
